Birch Grove Community School’s annual winter musical was “Christmas at the O.K. Corral” this year! K-5 students worked hard and gave two performances on Wednesday, December 13th. One performance was given in the afternoon during school and an encore performance was held that same evening. The students did great and received rave reviews from audience members.
After the evening performance, students, families, and teachers gathered for cookies, and a treat from Santa and Mrs. Claus. There was even an opportunity to have pictures taken with Santa Claus. At the same time, many took the opportunity to do a little shopping at the Scholastic Holiday Bookfair!
Thanks go out to the students, families, staff, Lloyd Chase and Deonn Cicak for volunteering to step in for Mr. & Mrs. Claus, and to Bruce Johnson Photography. Ho, ho, ho! BGCS wishes a safe and happy holiday to all!
