NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE SALE OF PROPERTY IN LAKE COUNTY

The Lake County Housing and Redevel­opment Authority will conduct a public hearing in compliance with state statute on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. in the Lake County Health and Human Services Building, 616 3rd Ave., Two Harbors, MN 55616, relating to the sale of property in Lake County.

1. Lake County Housing and Redevelop­ment Authority (“HRA”) is the owner of the property legally described as Lot 12, Block 63, Minnesota Iron Compa­ny’s Third Addition to Two Harbors and Lot 15, Block 58, Minnesota Iron Com­pany’s Third Addition to Two Harbors.

The above property is located in Lake County. This hearing will be held to discuss a sale of the property to One Roof.

2. Lake County Housing and Redevelop­ment Authority (“HRA”) is the owner of the lots located adjacent to Penn Bou­levard in the City of Silver Bay, Minne­sota.

The above property is located in Lake County. This hearing will be held to dis­cuss a sale of the property to the City of Silver Bay.

This hearing is called pursuant to action taken by the Lake County Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
