ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
TO: Jennifer Rossum; the unknown heirs of Camille Gage; and also all other persons or parties unknown or claiming any right, title, estate, interest in or lien upon the real property located in Lake County, Minnesota, described herein.
Upon receiving and filing of the Examiner’s Report herein:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on the 18th day of May, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., in the Lake County Courthouse, 601 3rd Avenue, Two Harbors, Minnesota, and then, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
Directing the Lake County Registrar of titles to cancel certificate of title No. C000021228 and issue in lieu thereof a new Certificate of Title to Patrick Mulligan for the property described herein.
No appearance is required unless you object to the requested Order
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served:
(a) At least ten (10) days prior to such hearing upon the above-named persons residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of summons in a civil action;
(b) At least fourteen (14) days prior to such hearing upon any of the above-named non-resident by sending a copy of this Order to such non-residents at their post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt;
(c) That service upon any party who cannot be found and upon “all other persons or parties unknown” be had by three (3) weeks publication of this Order and by sending a copy of this Order at least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing by First Class Mail to such parties at their last known address and by sending another copy of this Order at least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing by First Class Mail to their address as stated on the Certificate of Title if any address is so stated.
