It is Ordered and Notice is given that on December 31st, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Lake County, Minnesota, for the appointment of Lake County Health and Human Services, whose address is 616 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 as Successor Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in a SUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the /Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Successor Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to continue the administration of the Estate. Hearing will be held via Zoom.
