Neologistics Corp, is in the process of dissolving and has filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Secretary of the /State of Minnesota on August 24, 2026. Claims against the corporation must be made in writing and presented to Tyson Smith, Esq, 1710 W. Hwy. 61, P.O. Box 66, Grand Marais, MN 55604. All claims must be received by the later of:
(1) Ninety (90) days after the date this notice was mailed to you, if this notice was mailed to you, or
(2) Ninety (90) days after the date of first publication if this notice was not mailed to you.
