In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the shoreline setback to expand a nonconforming cabin (Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12 Section 7.03A). The property in question is located at 1588 Driftwood Lane, Two Harbors, MN 55616 and legally described as Outlot 1, County Auditor’s Plat No.4, according to the recorded plat therefore, Lake County, Minnesota.
