The Town of Duluth Planning Commission will meet Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:30 pm at 6092 Homestead Road, Duluth, MN 55804. At that time a public hearing will be held on the following request: An application by Matthew Stupnik for the following variances to build a home at 5888 North Shore Drive: a variance from the setback from Lake Superior; a variance from the setback from the road, a variance to remove over 25% of the vegetation on a bluff or steep slope, and a variance to build within a bluff.
