V-26-001– The request for relief from the lot width requirement, the height maximum, and the Erosion Hazard Area setback for an after-the-fact guest quarters (Land Use Ordinance #12, Article 7, Section 7.06 & 7.11A) was withdrawn by James & Elizabeth Page. The property in question is located at 1842 Hwy 61, Two Harbors, MN 55616 and is legally described as: Outlots 1-5 Govt Lot 1 in Section 21, Township 53, Range 10 4.42 acres, zoned shoreland (Lake Superior), R-4/Residential District, 2 acre minimum, Silver Creek Township. PID 29-5310- 21195.
