The Town Schroeder Board of Supervisors invites members of the community to provide feedback on the 2025 version of the Schroeder Sub-Area Plan. The Schroeder Sub-Area Plan serves as an addendum to the Land Use Guide Plan for Cook County, Minnesota and is provided to the Cook County Board of Commissioners and the Cook County Office of Land Services to provide both entities with a Schroeder Township Board -approved document consisting of citizen-informed input specific to the township.
A committee consisting of Schroeder residents has worked with town board supervisors and the Cook County Planning & Zoning Administrator over several months to devise a draft version of a new 2025 Schroeder Sub-Area Plan to guide land use over the next 10 years. The Schroeder Town Board of Supervisors is now seeking community input on the document, which is publicly available at https://schroedertownship.com.
Community feedback on the draft 2025 Schroeder Sub-Area Plan can be provided in-person at township’s September public forum (detailed below) or can be submitted as written public comments to schroedertownship@gmail.com.
The deadline to submit written public comments is 5pm on Friday, September 19, 2025.
