The Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) proposes to reissue National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State Disposal System MN0055301, to Northshore Mining Co – Silver Bay for their facility located at 10 Outer Dr, Silver Bay, Minnesota 55614-1401.
The permit action is for a discharge to waters of the state. The permit action is a reissuance; therefore, the draft permit has been placed on public notice.
The public comment period commences March 28, 2025, and terminates May 12, 2025.
