CITY OF SILVER BAY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Silver Bay will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday February 10th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Silver Bay Reunion Hall located at 97 Outer Drive, Silver Bay, MN to consider Improvement No. 2025-01, CSAH 32 Reconstruction; Edison Blvd (CSAH 32) between Penn Blvd and Horn Blvd, Banks Boule-vard (CSAH 32) between Horn Blvd and Davis Drive; by replacing infrastructure including surfacing and utilities and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement includes the property adjacent to the roadways described above. The estimated cost of the improvement is $6,210,00.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard, with reference to the proposed improvement, will be heard at this meeting. Written comments will be accepted until 4:00pm on February 10, 2025 by emailing comments to joshua.stier@bolton-menk.com.
