Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on August 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the bluff setback for an existing deck to remain and to enclose into an entryway and to construct an addition to an existing, nonconforming structure (Land Use Ordinance #12, Article 7, Section 7.03A). The property in question is located at 693 Kawishiwi Trail, Ely, MN 55731 and is legally described as Lot 4 Less Exc. W 770’ in Section 4, Township 62, Range 11; 13.4 acres; zoned shoreland (Farm Lake), RR/ Residential-Recreational District, 1 acre minimum, Fall Lake Township. PID: 28- 6211-04190.
