In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim Use has been filed by Right Path, LLC (Agent: Baleen Roberts), which, if approved, would allow a short-term vacation rental home at 956 E Stanley Road, Two Harbors MN 55616 and legally described as That part of Govt Lot 3 as described as subdivided parcel 1 (A) in document A000194012 in Section 11, Township 52, Range 11, 5.3 acres, zoned shoreland (NSMZ), R-4/Residential District, 2-acre minimum, Unorganized Territory 2.
