Grand Marais/Lutsen, Minn. July 1, 2024 – North Shore Plumbing Heating AC of Grand Marais, MN has part­nered with County Plumbing & Heating of Lutsen, MN as of July 1, 2024. The companies announced Monday, “We are excited about this opportunity to partner as it will bring two family operated businesses to­gether to be the leading plumb­ing, heating and air condi­tioning contractors in the local service area of Cook County.

“As a family-owned and op­erated business since 1988, we try to treat our employees and customers like family. We are envisioning the two companies coming together to serve the community better, taking the best from both companies,” said Justin Greeley, NSPHAC Owner.

Justin Greeley, who took over his Dad’s plumbing and heat­ing business in 2003 grew the company to 3 locations with 25+ employees. In 2022, Justin and his wife, Pamela, moved to Cook County after selling Greeley Plumbing, Heating & A/C to their major competitor, Ellingson’s of Alexandria, MN. Justin is a master plumber with 30 years of experience.

“Originally, we thought we would stay small and not hire employees when we moved to Cook County. But, after see­ing the need we hired our first employee, an 8 year HVAC professional and currently we have 4 professionals on staff ranging from 8 to 30 years ex­perience each.”

County Plumbing & Heat­ing was started by Jim West in 1980. His son,Tim Goettl, pur­chased the company from his father in 2000 and has contin­ued to serve Cook County with dedication and expertise. Tim is a master plumber with 39 years of experience and leads a team of four committed pro­fessionals.
