Ernest to table discussion for the conditional use application for a 450’ tall, lit, guyed communication tower in a 100’ x 100’ leased area on private property filed by VB BTS II, LLC (Agent: Mike Bieniek) at 2958 Fernberg Road, Ely, MN 55731. The property is described as: That part of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 as described in document no. 157847 in Section 9, Township 63, in Range 9, 30.10 acres, zoned non-shoreland, FR/Forest Recreation District, 10- acre minimum, Fall Lake Township. PID: 28-6309-09380. Motion carried; Hoops, Sve, Bathke, Unzeitig, J. Ernest, B. Ernest, and Ellefson voted in favor; none opposed. The hearing will reconvene at a to be determined time and date.
