Christy was an amazing mother, wife, auntie, sister, and daughter. She was our greatest cheerleader and a tenacious fighter to the end. She was also a social butterfly who could easily light up the room with her smile and laugh. She was a woman who was tough as nails, and faced challenges head on. And, she had the hardest job in the military, that of the military spouse. Our hearts are both glad that she is pain free, singing and dancing with her long blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes, and so sad that she is no longer with us. We are hugging you with our souls every day, Christy (Mom) and we miss you tremendously.
