Two Harbors – 5/5/2025 – The Two Harbors Just For Kix Dancers showcased their unparalleled talent and dedication at the National Together We Dance Competition in Rochester, MN from April 30th to May 4th. This remarkable event brought together dance teams from across the region, including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, Wisconsin, Colorado and Iowa, to compete in various categories. Just For Kix also had a senior recognition. Two Harbors Senior, Gwen Fagerland, was recognized along with 279 other seniors from other programs!
The Two Harbors Just For Kix Dancers, comprising an impressive number of teams, captivated the audience with their breathtaking performances in categories such as kick, jazz, hip hop, and duets. Over five exhilarating days, the event witnessed an outstanding turnout of participants.
963 solos, duet, small group entries, 1523 Teams competing, and 7304 TWD competitors.
“The National Together We Dance Competition was mind-blowing,” remarked Jaclyn Koehler, Two Harbors Just For Kix Director. “We were privileged to witness an array of incredible teams and exceptional talent showcased throughout the event. Our dancers exhibited outstanding skill and dedication, and we are immensely proud to bring home several platinum ranks and a 4th place award, representing our town with utmost pride.”
As the Two Harbors Just For Kix Dancers continues to evolve and grow as a team, they are gearing up for their highly anticipated Just For Kix Spring Show. This event, set to take place on May 17th at 10:30am, will be held at Two Harbors High School, and admission fees will apply.
