My HealtheVet has Moved: What Veterans Need to Know

If you’re one of the millions of Veterans who use My HealtheVet to refill prescriptions, message your care team, or manage appointments, take note: My HealtheVet has moved to VA.gov.

The new home for your VA health tools is VA.gov/my-health. This move is part of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ ongoing effort to simplify and improve your online experience by placing all VA services under one roof.

What’s Changing?

When you visit VA.gov/my-health, you’ll find new, improved versions of the same trusted tools you’ve used on My HealtheVet—plus a few extras. You can:

• Refill and track prescriptions

• Send secure messages to your health care team

• Schedule and view appointments

• View lab results and health records

• Download and share your medical information

These tools are now easier to use and available alongside other VA benefits and services you already access through VA.gov, like disability claims, GI Bill, and pension information.

Why the Change?

VA heard your feedback and responded. Veterans asked for a more streamlined, secure, and convenient way to manage their health and benefits in one place. Moving My HealtheVet to VA.gov accomplishes just that. No more jumping between separate platforms.

What to Expect

If you already have a Login.com or ID.me account, you’re ready to go. Simply visit VA.gov/my-health, sign in, and explore.

If you normally log in through My HealtheVet, you’ll see a welcome message directing you to VA.gov, where you can manage your care going forward. There’s no need to re-register or transfer information—your account and health records will be available on VA.gov just as they were before.

Need Help?

The VA has step-by-step guides and support available online. You can also call the MyVA411 main information line at 800-698-2411 (TTY: 711) if you have questions or need help logging in.

This move marks a big step toward making VA services easier to access. Whether you’re managing prescriptions, messaging your doctor, or checking your lab results, VA.gov/my-health is now your one-stop shop.

Stay informed. Stay connected. Stay healthy.
