The Silver Bay Junior High Volleyball team traveled to Barnum, MN for the Polar League Conference Tournament on Saturday, October 12th. Matching up against McGregor, Moose Lake/Willow River and Esko, the Mariner team went undefeated, placing them in the championship game against Barnum. Barnum had also gone undefeated in their bracket.
Coach Alaina Melander couldn’t be more proud of her championship team. “After working very hard as a team and encouraging each other, we came out as the Champions. I’m so proud of them all!”
