In my recent coverage of the Swain Invitational (October 10, 2025), I misidentified several runners on the North Shore Storm team. I regret the error and appreciate the clarifications provided.
The correct top five varsity finishers for the Storm boys team were:
- Sam Swartz – 5th overall, 17:56
- Lief Lindstrom – 18th overall, 18:48
- Atley Beckstrand – 23rd overall, 19:03
- Nick Swartz – 19:52
- Dylan O’Brien – 19:55
These athletes earned team points and contributed to the Storm’s third-place finish in their division.
On the girls’ side, Sophia Schut should have been listed as leading the North Shore Storm with a time of 21:43. Previously, I reported Ezme Mundell led with a time of 24:27.
