Penny Jo Hupt-Hudson has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. This tumor has caused strokes that have greatly affected her right side and her speech. She has been told to put her affairs in order.
Her husband, Ray Hudson, had to quit work to take care of her. Their furnace broke down this fall, leaving them without hot water or heat for four months. They had been using electric heaters to heat their home. Because of these trials, their income has been radically affected; having to use all their savings for daily living.
Not only has Penny Jo been dealing with the brain tumor, Ray has Stage 4 Prostate Cancer.
A special account has been set up at North Shore Federal Credit Union for donations to help Penny Jo during this trying time. If you would like to donate, please stop by any branch of NSFCU and ask any staff member to assist you in leaving a donation. If you would prefer to make your donation with a check, please write it out to Wendy Johnson (please notate “Penny Jo” on the memo line). All monies donated will be given to Penny Jo.
