Notice is given that a petition has been filed requesting that the Estate assets be summarily assigned.
Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections or claims are filed or raised, the Court may issue a decree distributing or assigning the Estate’s assets.
It is Ordered and Notice is now given that the Petition will be heard on July 17, 2025, at 8:30 (a.m.), by this Court at 601 3rd Avenue, Two Harbors, Minnesota. *This hearing will be via remote Zoom Technology.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LAKE SUPERIOR ISD 381
Pursuant to MN Statue 471.6161, notice is hereby given that Lake Superior ISD 381 requests proposals for
Group Health Insurance.
Specifications will be available from the District’s agent of record, National Insurance Services, at 14852 Scenic Heights Road, Suite 210, Eden Prairie, MN 55344, phone 800-627-3660.
Proposals are due no later than 2 pm on July 16, 2025 to Lake Superior ISD 381 at 1640 Hwy 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616 and as specified in the RFP.
Lake Superior ISD 381 reserves the right to reject proposals, waive formalities, and to select the proposal that best meets the District’s needs.
Criteria for the evaluation of proposals will be provided when the specifications are requested.
