The Friends of Tettegouche State Park, a Minnesota tax-exempt non-profit organization, has initiated dissolution with the offices of the MN Attorney General and Secretary of State. After payment of any outstanding expenses, the corporation’s remaining assets will be distributed to a qualifying nonprofit or governmental entity and its final tax return will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service. The organization has no known creditors.
All claims against the corporation must be presented in writing to Michael Moen, PO Box 135, Silver Bay, within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice, or they will be barred, subject to provisions of MN Statues, 317A.730. By Michael Moen, Secretary Sept 29, 2025.
