Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on October 16, 2023, at 6:15 PM in the Lake County Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with the Lake County Subdivision Ordinance #9, a request to amend a previously approved Preliminary Plat (file P-23-001) has been filed by The Harbors, LLC (agent: John Luepke) which, if approved, would incorporate an adjacent parcel to allow for the installation of septic systems related to the operation of the “The Harbors” platted units (Lake County Subdivision Ordinance #9, Article 6). The property in question is located at 999 E.
