Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to make a recommendation to the Lake County Board of Commissioners on September 18, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim Use has been filed by Judy Lykins which, if approved, would allow continued operation of a short-term vacation rental home on the property located at 3386 Highway 61, Two Harbors MN 55616 and legally described as: The S 250 feet of N 500 feet and the S 50 feet of the N 250 feet, Government Lot One (1) in Section 23, Township 54N, Range 9W as described in Document T000037719; total 6 acres; zoned shoreland, R-C/Resort-Commercial, 2-ac minimum; Silver Creek Township.
