Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on July 10, 2023 at 1:30 P.M., in the County Highway Department Building; 1513 Hwy 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the road and shoreline setback requirements for an existing home and garage (Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, Articles 6 and 7). The property in question is located at 6803 Salveson Road, Finland MN 55603 and legally described as: NE1/4-SE1/4, Section 18, Township 57, Range 7W, lying North and East of the Baptism River; Crystal Bay Township, Lake County MN. PID 27-5707-18730.
