NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAND USE ORDINANCE OF LAKE COUNTY, MINNESOTA

Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commis­sioners on July 10, 2023 at 1:00 P.M., in the County Highway Department Building; 1513 Hwy 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:

In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this re­quest, if approved, would allow relief from side yard and road setback requirements to allow an unpermitted shed to remain and to replace a grandfathered second dwelling (Lake County Land Use Ordi­nance #12; Article 18 Section 18.01 and Article 7, Section 7.11). The request was filed by Bruce and Linne Lemke for the property located at 2788 Highway 61, Two Harbors, MN 55616 and legally described as: All the part of Outlot 1 of County Audi­tors Plat number 3 of Gov’t Lot 3; Sec 32, Twp 54, Rge 9W as desc in Doc number 177645; 0.38 acres, zoned shoreland, R-C/Resort-Commercial, 2-acre minimum; Silver Creek Township; PID 29-5451- 32020.
