Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on March 17, 2025, at 6:15 PM in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:

The property is legally described as: Lot 1 Block 1, Lot 2 Block 1, & Lot 1 Block 2 in Section 28, Township 54, Range 9, 41.4 acres, zoned shoreland (NSMZ), RC/ Resort Commercial District, 2 acre minimum, Silver Creek Township.
