Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on December 19, 2022, at 7:15 P.M. in the Lake County Highway Department Building; 1513 Hwy 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, an application for a Conditional Use has been filed by Dan Schutte, Shoreview Natives LLC, which, if approved, would allow for the development and eventual expansion of nursery operations on the property located at 1240 Shoreview Road, Two Harbors and legally described as: The NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 as Described in Doc A000193774; Section 2, Township 52North, Range 11 West; 10 acres, Zoned non-shoreland R-3/Residential-District; 2.5 acre minimum; Unorganized Territory 2, Lake County, Minnesota.
