The Lake County Board of Adjustment sat in session at 1:00 p.m. on this date and conducted hearings and other business.

V-23-003– Motion by Hoops support­ed by Fogelberg to approve the request, with conditions, for relief from shoreline and bluff setback requirements for an ex­isting home and deck. The request was filed by Fred Midbrod for the property located at 5539 Midbrod Drive, Silver Bay MN and legally described as: 2.66 acres out of NE¼ -SE¼ as desc in Document A000192634; Sec 21, Twp 56, Rge 7W; zoned shoreland (Palisade Creek) R-4/ Residential District, 2-acre minimum, Bea­ver Bay Township. PID: 26-5607-21747

Motion carried, Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.

Motion by Fogelberg supported by Brodigan to approve the March 13, 2023 minutes as submitted. Motion carried, Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.
