A Resolution to enact a revision to Chapter 12 Zoning, Section 1210.06 (HB) Highway Business Commercial, Subd. 3.A to read as follows: Subd. 3 Uses Allowed by a Conditional Use Permit, All uses identified as Conditional Uses in R-1 and SC District and Permitted Uses in the R-2 District
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on April 3, 2024 to take comments on the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed public comments and recommends approval of the amendment to Chapter 12 Zoning, Section 1210.06 (HB) Highway Business Commercial, Subd. 3.A to read as follows: Subd. 3 Uses Allowed by a Conditional Use Permit, All uses identified as Conditional Uses in R-1 and SC District and Permitted Uses in the R-2 District; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Silver Bay ordains that Chapter 12 Zoning, Section 1210.06 (HB) Highway Business Commercial, Subd. 3.A. to read as follows:
Subd. 3 Uses Allowed by a Conditional Use Permit
A. All uses identified as Conditional Uses in the R-1 and SC District and Permitted Uses in the R-2 District
The foregoing resolution offered by Council Member Goutermont and, upon the motion, supported by Council Member Bautch, was declared adopted this 15th day of April, 2024, by the following roll call vote:
