THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RELATING THERETO,
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-1 THEREIN
AND THE ADOPTION OF A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the “Council”) of the City of Silver Bay, Lake County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at the Silver Bay City Hall in the City of Silver Bay, Minnesota, relating to the (a) the proposed creation of Municipal Development District No. 1 (“MDD 1”), (b), the approval of the Development Program related thereto, (c) the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-1 within MDD 1, (d) the adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating to TIF 1-1; all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 to 469.1794, inclusive, as amended (the “Act”). Copies of the Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.
The properties included in Tax Increment Financing District No 1-1 are described in the Tax Increment Financing Plans on file in the office of the City Administrator. A map of the proposed Municipal Development District and Tax Increment Financing Districts is set forth below:
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
