A special meeting of the School Board of Lake Superior School District No. 381 was held Tuesday, December 29, 2025; Wm. Kelley School Library, 137 Banks Boulevard, Silver Bay, Minnesota and Two Harbors High School Community Room, 1640 Highway 2, Two Harbors, Minnesota.
1. Chair Tiboni called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. MEMBERS PRESENT Radle, Ringer, Ryder, Norman, Tiboni, VanHouse MEMBERS ABSENT: Korri ALSO PRESENT: Superintendent, Gina Kleive; Business Manager, Tanner Spawn; Recording Secretary, Debbie Peterson
3. Approve 2025 Audit, CliftonLarsonAllen. LLP: Motion by VanHouse, second by Ringer to approve the audit as presented by CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP. (Carried Unanimously)
