V-25-013– Motion by Wattunen supported by Fogelberg to approve the request with conditions for relief from the minimum lot area to allow for a guest quarters (Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.06) filed by Terry & Michelle Vajgrt. The property in question is located at 13323 Villa Road, Ely, MN 55731 and is legally described as: Lot 15 (ex the N 25ft), 16, 17, & 18 in Block 40, Lot 24 & 25 in Block 43 in White Iron Villas, that part of vacation Oak Ave lying S and W of a point 25 of the NWly corner of Lot 15, all in Section 32, Township 63, Range 11 1.32 acres, zoned shoreland (White Iron), RR/Residential Recreational District, 1 acre minimum, Fall Lake Township. PID 28-6382-40150 / 40160 / 40170 / 40180 / 40151 / 43250 / 43240. Motion carried, Hippert, Wattunen, and Fogelberg voted in favor; none opposed.
