The Lake County Planning Commis­sion sat in session at 5:00 p.m. on this date and conducted hearings and other business.

I-23-005r– Motion by Bathke support­ed by Shelerud to recommend to County Board 5-year approval, with conditions, for renewal of an interim use application for a vacation rental home filed by Brien and Shelley Getten for the property located at 534 Tomberg Road in Two Harbors and legally described as: That part of the W½ of the E½ of the NW¼; Sec 33, Twp 53 N, Rge 11 W; 16 acres; zoned R-1/ Residen­tial District, shoreland (Knife River), 10- acre minimum; UT-2.
