Arrowhead Eagles Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Arrowhead Eagles Aviation Organization will be held at the Grand Marais/Cook County airport on Saturday, May 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM. The “Eagles” will an­nounce the 2025 winners of $2,500 Aviation Scholarships at this meeting. The public is wel­come. A business meeting and social hour with brats on the grill will be followed by an Emer­gency Services helicopter demo put on by the Minnesota Air Rescue Team. Come and watch local Fire and Rescue personnel learn how to conduct sling lift rescue operations and other he­licopter emergency uses in the State Patrol heli­copter. The Arrowhead Eagles Aviation Organi­zation is a non-profit local organization formed in 2018, which has a mission of supporting the Cook Count/Grand Marais Airport through pro­moting aviation events, airport enhancements, youth-oriented activities and opportunities in aviation.
