Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on November 16, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616, at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:

The property is legally described as: Tract B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 17, Lake County, Minnesota, 2.56 acres, zoned shoreland R-R/Residential-Recreational (1-acre minimum) on Fall Lake, Fall Lake.
