NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY IN LAKE COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to make a recommendation to the Lake County Board of Commissioners on January 26, 2026 at 5:15 PM. in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:

In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim Use has been filed by Right Path LLC, which, if approved, would allow a short-term vacation rental home at 513 Salakka Road, Knife River, MN 55609 and legally described as All that part of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 lying S of the S line of the NLY 339.76’ thereof; & N of the N line of W 330’ of the S 600’ thereof & W & N of Line A & N of line B desc in Exhibit A Bk 135D pg 345; & W of centerline desc. In Exhibit D of said Bk/pg less the W 293.18 ft. in Section 20, Township 52, Range 11, 2.7 acres, zoned nonshoreland, R-3/ Residential Disctrict, 2.5 acre minimum, Unorganized Territory #2. PID: 25-5211- 20611.
