V-25-014– The request for relief from the bluff and shoreline structure setback to construct an addition to a nonconforming cabin within the bluff impact zone (Land Use Ordinance #12, Article 7, Section 7.03A) filed by Timothy & Cheryl Mulcare was withdrawn. The property in question is located at 4358 Hwy 61, Two Harbors, MN 55616 and is legally described as: Lot 8 of Govt Lot 1 in Section 27, Township 55, Range 8 1 acre, zoned shoreland (Lake Superior), RC/Resort-Commercial District, 2 acre minimum, Beaver Bay Township. PID 26-5540-27100.
Motion by Fogelberg supported by Wattunen to approve the November 10, 2025 minutes as submitted. Motion carried, Hippert, Wattunen, and Fogelberg voted in favor; none opposed. Hoops abstained.
