In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, an initial application for Interim Use has been filed by Jim & Laura Goodman, which, if approved, would allow a short-term vacation rental home at 648 Old North Shore Road, Two Harbors MN 55616 and legally described as That part of Gov Lot 1 as desc in Doc No A000167133 in Section 16, Township 52, Range 11, 1.26 acres, zoned shoreland (North Shore Management Zone), RC/Resort Commercial District, 2 acre minimum, Unorganized Territory #2.
